Women's Volleyball Start 2012 with 10th Annual Greyhound Premiere
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College women's volleyball team will begin its 2012 season when the squad hosts the 10th Annual Greyhound Premiere Invitation on Friday, August 31st and Saturday, September 1st.

The fourth seeded Moravian College women's volleyball team defeated fifth seeded Neumann University in the Quarterfinals of the ECAC Division III South Tournament 3-0. Freshman outside hitter Taylor Jennings led the way for the Greyhounds, knocking down 11 kills to go with six digs and one block.

This is the sixth straight week Krasley has been nationally ranked in digs per set, and she has moved up every week. Her first week in the rankings, she was 40th, and now this week, she is ranked 11th with 6.2 digs per set.

Volleyball Off to Best Start in School History
The Moravian College women's volleyball team won its eight straight match to start the season, the best start in school history at 8-0, with a 26-24, 25-22, 25-19 win over Kean University in the final match of the Buttermaker Tournament at Muhlenberg College. The Greyhounds ended up as the only undefeated team in the tournament to win the title. Prior to this season, Moravian's best start to a season was back in 2003 when the squad started the year 7-0. It is the third time in school history that the Greyhounds are at least 6-0 to start a season.
