Sam Love, Women's Volleyball - Sodexo

Junior libero Sam Love of the Moravian University’s women’s volleyball team was named the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for her performance during the week of September 22-28.

Love led Moravian with 28 digs in a 1-1 week as she became the 16th player in program history to record 1,000 career digs. Love had 13 digs in a 3-0 loss to host Dickinson College in a tri-match, and she added 15 digs in a 3-0 sweep of Pitt-Greensburg to reach 1,000 career digs, now with 1,001.

The Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week is selected on Mondays by Moravian’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Sodexo will be giving each week’s winner a free Starbucks drink at DeLight’s Café.
