2023: Frank competed in both indoor and outdoor track and field and competed in the 3000m, mile, and distance medley relay in the indoor season. Frank competed in the 800m, 1500m, 4x400m and 4x800m in the outdoor season.
2022: Frank ran in the 6k and 8k events in cross country and competed in the distance medley, 3000m, Mile, 4x800, 4x400, 1500m, and 800m events in the track and field seasons.
2021: Frank competed in the 6k and 8k events in cross country.
