CLERMONT, Fla. --- The Moravian College softball team pounded out 34 hits and scored 22 runs Wednesday while splitting a pair of contests at the Spring Games being played at the National Training Center in Clermont, Florida as the Hounds fell to Wartburg (Iowa) College, 8-6, in the opening game of the day before defeating Lebanon Valley College, 16-8 in six innings.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian College softball team is set to begin its 2019 campaign on Sunday, March 3 with the first two of 10 games at the PFX Spring Games at the National Training Center in Clermont, Florida as the Greyhounds open with Thiel College at 1:45 p.m. on March 3 before facing John Carroll (Ohio) University at 4:00 p.m.

Ten Hounds Earn 2017-18 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete Honors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- The Moravian College softball team has had 10 players named 2017-18 National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III All-America Scholar-Athlete. The award is given to any player submitted by a member coach who achieved a 3.50 grade point average or higher during the 2017-18 academic year, and the list included 1,600 players for NCAA Division III.
