RALEIGH, N.C. --- The Moravian College women’s basketball team has been named as the NCAA Division III winner of the 2016 Kay Yow Cancer Fund Play 4Kay fundraiser with over $18,500 raised in 2016, the eighth consecutive year that the Greyhounds’ program has led NCAA Division III schools in Play 4Kay.

DANBURY, Conn. --- Moravian College women’s basketball member graduate student Alexis Wright has been selected to the ECAC DIII South All-ECAC First Team. This is the second time Wright has been named to the First Team for the ECAC. Last season Wright was named to the second team All-ECAC.

25 Greyhounds Named to Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll

TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference has announced its winter 2015-16 Landmark Conference Winter Academic Honor Roll which recognized 25 student-athletes from Moravian College. The honorees were selected from all nine Landmark Conference institutions with a total of 310 athletes.

The All-Sportsmanship Team includes one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team.

TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian College graduate student forward Alexis Wright has been tabbed as the Landmark Conference Defensive Player of the Year for a second consecutive season, and she earned a spot on the 2016 Landmark All-Conference First Team while senior forward Alesha Marcks and junior guard Camille McPherson were named to the Landmark All-Conference Second Team.
