Moravian Women’s Lacrosse Set to Open 2026 Season at Rival Muhlenberg on February 18
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s lacrosse team is scheduled to open its 2026 season with a non-conference match at rival Muhlenberg College on Wednesday, February 18 at 4:00 p.m. in Allentown.

First-year Head Coach Morgan Graham enters her debut season with 18 returning players on the field from last year's 10-8 squad that made the Landmark Conference Tournament for the seventh consecutive tournament and six newcomers.
The Hounds' top returning scorer is junior attack Melissa Elefonte, who had 35 goals and 20 assists last season to go with 13 ground balls and six caused turnovers, while sophomore midfielder Kathryn Hunsinger contributed 29 goals, five assists, 29 draw controls, 15 ground balls and nine caused turnovers. Sophomore midfielder Ella Steirer posted 25 goals, three assists, 12 ground balls and 12 caused turnovers last spring while senior attack Victoria Salica added 11 goals, two assists and seven ground balls.
Junior midfielder Bailey Leatherman recorded nine goals three assists, 10 ground balls, five draw controls and four caused turnovers while junior midfielder Reagan Reiner netted eight goals to go with 11 ground balls, six draw controls and five caused turnovers last season. Senior midfielder/defender Gianna Lotito posted four goals, 13 ground balls and three caused turnovers a year ago while sophomore midfielder Izzy Lotito had two goals and three ground balls and sophomore attack/midfielder Cailin Filep added an assist.
Defensively, the Hounds return senior Kayla Graef between the pipes. Graef registered 118 saves, a 9-8 record, 28 ground balls and five caused turnovers in 829 minutes of action. Sophomore defender Maggie Modrovsky registered 11 ground balls, eight caused turnovers, a goal and an assist while sophomore defender Lillian Martino had a goal, six ground balls and two caused turnovers. Junior defender Maia Machado scooped up 11 ground balls to go with five caused turnovers while sophomore defender Alanna McBrearty added 10 ground balls and five caused turnovers. Senior defender Grace Nelson contributed two ground balls while sophomore defender Mia Faisetty added six ground balls and two caused turnovers.
