Scaff Honored as Landmark Women’s Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Year; Five Hounds Named to All-Conference Squads

TOWSON, Md. --- The Moravian University women’s soccer team has had junior defender Hailey Scaff honored as the 2023 Landmark Women’s Soccer Defensive Athlete of the Year, and she was named to the Landmark All-Conference First Team while juniors forward Carly Pyatt, midfielder Anika Buzzy and defender Cori Pursel made the All-Conference Second Team and junior midfielder Sydney DeFranco was an Honorable Mention selection.

BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s soccer squad rallied from a 2-0 halftime deficit for a 3-2 win over visiting Elizabethtown College on John Makuvek Field Tuesday evening as the Greyhounds clinched a top-four seed and a home Landmark Conference Tournament match with the triumph and gave Head Coach Jeff Ykoruk his 150th career victory as a collegiate coach.
