Greyhounds Hosting Take a Kid to the Game Saturday
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College invites all area children to attend its upcoming football game, Saturday, October 26 at 12:05 p.m., against Franklin & Marshall College.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian College invites all area children to attend its upcoming football game, Saturday, October 26 at 12:05 p.m., against Franklin & Marshall College. Children have the opportunity to experience a college football game as the Greyhounds hosts NCAA Football's 18th annual "Take A Kid to the Game" (TAKG) program presented by Coca-Cola and sponsored by Corporate Champions AT&T and Capital One.
Kids, ages 14 and younger, will receive a free ticket with the purchase of a full-priced adult ticket, to watch the Greyhounds at Rocco Calvo Field. Moravian's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee encourages all children to wear their Halloween costumes, and the SAAC members will be doing Halloween face painting, pumpkin painting and coloring pages with the kids.
Moravian is one of more than 200 schools across the nation hosting a game in this campaign focused on allowing youth the opportunity to attend college football games. The Take A Kid to the GameÒ program is entering its 16th year in the promotion of collegiate athletics.
