Junior Aaron Thieme Named Empire 8 Golfer of the Week
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Junior Aaron Thieme (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) of the Moravian College golf team was named the Empire 8 Golfer of the Week for the week of April 30th.
ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Junior Aaron Thieme (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty) of the Moravian College golf team was named the Empire 8 Golfer of the Week for the week of April 30th.
Thieme shot a three-over par 75 on the Weyhill Course at Saucon Valley Country Club in the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Cup. On the year, Thieme has averaged 83.9 strokes in 11 rounds of play.
The Greyhounds recently wrapped up its 2011-12 golf season after placing 3rd in the Lehigh Valley Collegiate Cup and in the Empire 8 Conference Championship.
