Men's Cross Country Ties for 6th at Lehigh Invitational
The Moravian College men's cross country team began the 2011 season in a tie for sixth of eight teams at the 2011 Lehigh University Invitational hosted on the Goodman Campus of Lehigh University. The Greyhounds had a team score of 134 points to tie Muhlenberg College while the host Mountain Hawks won the meet for a second straight year with a score of 15 points.

Senior Matthew Lutcza led Moravian with a time of 18:59.3 on the 6,000-meter course that placed him eighth of 105 runners in the race. Freshman Dillon Farrell was 17th overall in 19:21.2 while junior Donnie Noble finished 28th in a time of 19:37.2. Junior Dylan Marton finished 46th in 20:03.3 while junior Jacob Donchez placed 66th in 20:32.6.
Junior Alex Macri was one spot back in 67th place in 20:34.9 while freshman Alec Duncan was 75th in his first collegiate race in 20:51.4. Freshman Corey Schauerman took 96th in his collegiate debut with a time of 22:29.5.
