BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University is continuing its look back at the 2025-26 athletic campaign with a top 15 list of the Most Exciting Games of the year voted on by the athletic administration. Our No. 8 highlight – the women’s volleyball team rallying past Immaculata University for a 3-1 non-conference win on September 18.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Moravian University is continuing its look back at the 2025-26 athletic campaign with a top 15 list of the Most Exciting Games of the year voted on by the athletic administration. Our No. 8 highlight – the women's volleyball team rallying past Immaculata University for a 3-1 non-conference win on September 18.
The Mighty Macs won the first set in a back-and-forth game, 28-26, for the 1-0 lead. The Hounds raced out to a quick edge in the second set on the way to a 25-15 win to even the score at 1-1. The third set saw Immaculata with an early advantage before Moravian rallied back and eventually won 30-28 to take a 2-1 edge. The fourth set was close early before the Greyhounds took control on the way to a 25-18 set win to claim the match win.
Junior middle blocker Payton Reuber and junior outside hitter Gabbie Reigner both recorded ten kills to lead Moravian while sophomore middle blocker Kate McBrierty had nine kills and six blocks. Freshman setter Aubrey Pringle paced the Hounds with 22 assists and ten digs while junior libero Sam Love contributed 16 digs and six service aces.
