Moravian Sixth after Opening Day of AARTFC Indoor Championships

Moravian Finishers
- The Hounds' distance medley relay team of graduate student Casey Frank, juniors Jordan Gagner and Bryan Kerchner and freshman Owen Smith placed third overall after winning their heat with a time of 10:20.64, the second fastest time in program history, to score six points
- Sophomore Gavin Hefferan finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run with a PR time of 15:05.19 to earn four points while senior Nathan Hajel took seventh in 15:10.66 to garner two points. Graduate student Cole Stanchina placed 13th in a time of 15:32.71
- Sophomore Anthony Morillo took 21st in the shot put with a toss of 13.79 meters (45-3)
Preliminary Events
- Senior Trevor Gray won his heat and qualified for the finals of the 60-meter dash with a time of 6.95 seconds, tying his season-best time. Gray had the third fastest time in the preliminaries
