Micah Leonard Earns 3rd Field Athlete of the Week
TOWSON, Md. – Senior Micah Leonard of the Moravian College women's track & field team was named the Landmark Conference Track Athlete of the Week announced Monday. This is the third team Leonard was named Field Athlete of the Week this winter.
TOWSON, Md. – Senior Micah Leonard of the Moravian College women's track & field team was named the Landmark Conference Track Athlete of the Week announced Monday. This is the third team Leonard was named Field Athlete of the Week this winter.
Leonard won the long jump with an ECAC qualifying leap of 5.48 meters (17 feet, 11 ¾ inches), and she was second in the triple jump with an ECAC qualifying distance of 11.63 meters (38 feet, 2 inches) at the John Covert Classic hosted by Lehigh University Saturday.
Moravian returns to action on Friday, February 8th as they travel to the New York City Armory for the Lafayette-Rider Winter Games
