Salvatore Named to IWLCA All-Metro Region Second Team

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. --- Moravian University senior attack Jackie Salvatore has been named to the 2025 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaching Association's All-Metro Region Second Team.
Salvatore, who was a member of the 2024 IWLCA All-Metro Region First Team, helped the Greyhounds to a 10-8 overall record this season and the program's seventh trip to the Landmark Conference Tournament. The Hounds were 6-3 in the Landmark Conference regular season to earn the fourth seed in the tournament to host a First Round match.
Salvatore, who was selected the 2025 Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year and named to the Landmark All-Conference First Team this spring, set the program and Landmark Conference record assists with 201 career assists, and she also set the Landmark Conference record in career points with 379 career points. Salvatore, who was on the Landmark All-Conference First Team and Offensive Player of the Year in 2024, on the Second Team in 2022 and 2023 while being Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year in 2022, also contributed 83 draw controls, 32 ground balls and seven caused turnovers this year.
In four seasons, Salvatore had 379 points to rank second in school history on 178 goals, which is fourth all-time, and 201 assists, which is first in program history, and she has 124 ground balls, 210 draw controls, third all-time, and 46 caused turnovers in 72 career contests.
