How It Happened
- The Red Hawks opened the scoring with a goal in the 35th minute as the shot hit the bottom of the crossbar and dropped into the net
- Montclair State netted three goals in the second half to finish off the scoring
Inside the Numbers
- Junior goalie Caitlyn Philips posted eight saves in 77 minutes of action while sophomore keeper Guile Escobar added two saves in six minutes of play. Sophomore Claire Roth made one save in the final seven minutes of action, and the Hounds had one team save in the first half
