92 Greyhounds Named to 2025 Landmark Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll
TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference announced its 2025 Fall Academic Honor Roll selections today, with 804 student-athletes receiving recognition including 92 from Moravian University. The Honor Roll recognizes all fall student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.
TOWSON, Md. --- The Landmark Conference announced its 2025 Fall Academic Honor Roll selections today, with 804 student-athletes receiving recognition including 92 from Moravian University. The Honor Roll recognizes all fall student-athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.
Of the 804 student-athletes, a total of 433 received the recognition at least once. Additionally, ten Landmark All-Conference major award winners, and seven Fall Senior Scholar Athletes were named to the Academic Honor Roll.
The spring academic honor roll will be announced in late May or early June. The honor roll will include all spring sports as well as men's and women's basketball, men's and women's swimming & diving, and men's and women's indoor track & field.
Moravian had student-athletes from all seven of its fall teams that compete in the conference with the football program leading the way with 22 honorees. The men's soccer team had 15 selections while both the women's soccer and men's cross country squads had 13 student-athletes selected. The women's volleyball program both registered 11 honorees followed by the field hockey team with ten selections and the women's cross country squad eight student-athletes honored.
The football team had graduate students Declan Coors, Jared Jenkins, Jalen Jones, Joey Richmond, and Kyle Weiss, seniors Knaheim Bragg, Nathan Carr, Vincent Hoffman, Jeff Krippner, Ethan O'Neill, Josh Ruela, and Julius Walborn, juniors Aris Daley, Avery Koser and Mason Ludlow and sophomores Tanner Clancy, Jack Corrigan, Josh Doane, Aiden Durna, RJ Hart, Nick Haurin and Hunter Johnson named to the Academic Honor Roll. Jenkins, Carr and Ruela were three-year honorees while Weiss is a four-year honoree after playing soccer for the Greyhounds as an undergraduate.
The men's soccer squad program had seniors Matt Benolken and Nathan Bonvallet, juniors Ryan Goldberg, Sean Kirwin, Ryan Latchford, Nick Milonas, Giuseppe Propato and Max Teneza and sophomores Owen Carey, Antonio Del Priore, Evan Hubert, Kyle Ingersoll, Logan Moore, Colin Moyer and Gavin Murray named to the Academic Honor Roll. Benolken and Bonvallet were honored for a third fall.
The women's soccer team placed seniors Grace Blenis, Colby Roach and Elliot Rupp, juniors Reagan Bleiler, Sara Hopkins, Amanda McNesby, Caitlyn Phillips and Casey Sabolsky and sophomores Guile Escobar, Paige Kinahan, Brielle Langford, Mackenzie Schreiber and Mackenzie Tomon on the Academic Honor Roll. Blenis, Roach and Rupp are all three-time honorees.
The men's cross country team had senior Bryan Kerchner, juniors Dylan Benbow, Logan Betyeman, Xander DiMatteo, Jordan Gagner, Gavin Hefferan, Adam Plummer and Jackson Royds and sophomores Grayson Kerzmann, Jake Mattes, Michael Schippnick and Will Weinlein each being honored. Kerchner earned a spot on the Academic Honor Roll for the third straight fall, and he was also the Landmark Conference Senior Scholar-Athlete for men's cross country.
The women's volleyball squad had seniors Caroline Melillo and Ally Plitnick, juniors Molly Hughes, Morgan Hughes, Sam Love, Gabbie Reigner, Payton Reuber and Kelly Tempasky and sophomores Ella Kilko, Madalyn Kocsis and Kate McBrierty named to the Academic Honor Roll. Melillo and Plitnick were honored for the third time.
The field hockey squad placed graduate student Jordon Sponzo, seniors Carolina Catilao-Sanchez, Megan Felmly and Jessica Knox, juniors Maia Machado and Maddie Snyder and sophomore Sophia Jezewski, Shawna Mamrack, Leah Mogielnicki and Sydney Sugra on the Academic Honor Roll. Felmly and Knox are each three-time selections.
The women's cross country squad had seniors Tori Champagne, Meghan Myers, Sarah Rice and Tara Smurla and juniors Alexis Hockenberry, Alyssa Hockenberry, Kierstyn Klingner and Kayla O'Neil on the Academic Honor Roll. It was the third selection for Champagne, Myers, Rice and Smurla.
