WASHINGTON, D.C. --- The Moravian University men’s tennis squad clinched the top seed and the program’s first-ever undefeated conference regular season with a 4-3 victory at The Catholic University of America Friday as the Hounds closed out the 2026 Landmark Conference slate with a 9-0 mark.

How It Happened
- The Greyhounds won two of the three doubles contests to garner the doubles point and a 1-0 lead. Freshmen Cris Calfat Jabra and Enzo Guarda opened the match with a 6-3 victory at first doubles while senior Shayaan Farhad and sophomore Joey Kelly had a 6-3 triumph at third doubles to give the Blue & Grey the lead. The Cardinals finished doubles with a win at second doubles
- The Blue & Grey won three singles matches to clinch the match and the undefeated conference season. Catholic evened the overall score at 1-1 with a victory at first singles, and the Cardinals took a 2-1 lead with a win at third singles. Guarda made it 2-2 with a 6-1, 6-2 triumph at second singles while sophomore Roman Farhad put Moravian back on top with a 6-1, 6-2 win at fifth singles. Kelly clinched the match with a 6-0, 6-2 victory at sixth singles. Catholic won the final match, a three-set contest at fourth singles
- The Hounds' previous best Landmark Conference season came back in 2008-09 in the second year of the conference when the squad was 6-1 in the regular season
