Moravian Men to Host Drew for Landmark Conference Semifinal on May 1
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- The top seeded Moravian University men’s tennis team will host fourth seed Drew University for a semifinal match in the 2026 Landmark Conference Tournament with action slated to begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1 at Hoffman Courts.

If the match is moved indoors due to weather, the contest will be played in Timothy Breidegam Fieldhouse at the same starting time.
The Greyhounds have posted a 13-5 mark on the year, and the Blue & Grey were 9-0 in the Landmark regular season, the first undefeated conference season in program history. Moravian is making its fourth straight and fifth appearance in the Landmark Conference Tournament since 2021. The Hounds and the Rangers met on April 16 on Hoffman Courts with Moravian winning 5-2, the Blue & Grey's first victory over Drew since 2016.
Fifth-year Director of Tennis Mariana Freitas has guided the Hounds to a 67-26 mark since taking over the program.
Sophomore Joey Kelly leads the Blue & Grey with a 13-2 singles mark while sophomore Roman Farhad has a 13-3 slate. Junior Gavin Labbadia is 12-5 in singles action while freshman Enzo Guarda has a 10-6 mark. Senior Matthew Labosky is 5-3 on the year while senior Ryan Burke has posted a 5-9 slate. Freshman Cris Calfat Jabra is 3-8 in his debut season while senior Shayaan Farhad has a 3-9 mark. Freshman Ben Horne has a 2-0 mark while junior Garrett Morris is 1-1.
Labbadia and Roman Farhad have combined for a 16-6 doubles record while Jabra and Guarda are 13-9 on the year. Kelly and Shayaan Farhad have an 8-4 record while Burke and Labosky are 7-3. Horne and Morris have teamed up for a 6-2 slate while Burke and Kelly are 5-4. Kelly and Roman Farhad are 1-1 and Shayaan Farhad and Guarda are 1-0.
Drew defeated fifth seed The University of Scranton, 4-0, in the First Round to advance to the Semifinals while third seeded Goucher College posted a 4-0 win over sixth seed Juniata College to move on to face second seed The Catholic University of America in Friday's other Semifinal.
The two winning teams on Friday will advance to the 2026 Landmark Conference Championship match on Sunday, May 3 at the Central Pennsylvania Tennis Center in Williamsport at 1:00 p.m. to determine the conference's automatic berth to the 2026 NCAA Division III Tournament.
