Three Greyhounds Named To Landmark All-Conference Football Teams
TOWSON, Md. --- The Moravian University football team has three student-athletes selected to the Landmark All-Conference Football Teams with sophomore punter Jack Corrigan named to the First Team.
TOWSON, Md. --- The Moravian University football team has three student-athletes selected to the Landmark All-Conference Football Teams with sophomore punter Jack Corrigan named to the First Team.
Junior wide receiver Avery Koser and junior defensive back Aidan Lane were honored on the Landmark All-Conference Second Team. The Greyhounds were 2-8 in 2025 with a 2-4 mark in Landmark Conference action.
"Congratulations to our All-Conference selections. Your performance on the field was a testament to your hard work and preparation. Use it as fuel to continue to improve and hunger to find a way to win!" commented third-year Head Coach Jeff Long.
Corrigan, who made the Landmark All-Conference Second Team last fall, led the conference with an average of 43.2 yards per on 55 attempts. He has a season-long and school record tying long of 75 yards. Corrigan placed 16 punts inside the 20-yard line and had 13 fair caught and just five touchbacks. He went 18-for-20 on extra-points and 1-for-3 on field goals with a long of 33 yards, and Corrigan kicked off 26 times for an average of 56.8 yards with three touchbacks. In his two seasons, Corrigan has punted 100 times for a school record average of 42.8 yards per punt with a long of 75 yards, 30 inside the 20-yard line, 16 fair caught and ten touchbacks, and he is 33-for-38 extra-points and 1-for-4 on field goal attempts for 41 points.
Lane, who repeated on the Landmark All-Conference Second Team, led the Moravian defense for the second straight year with 78 tackles to go with four and a half tackles for loss, one sack, two passes defended, an interception and a fumble recovery. In three seasons, Lane has 163 tackles with seven tackles for loss, one sack, six interceptions, 11 passes defended, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 30 games.
Koser led the Greyhounds' receivers this fall with 35 receptions for 522 yards and five touchdowns. In three seasons, Koser has caught 76 passes for 878 yards to go along with ten touchdowns.
