LOUISVILLE, Ky. --- Moravian University junior attack Nick Coffaro has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III Team of the Week for his performance last week.
Coffaro led the Greyhounds in a 10-8 come-from-behind win over Susquehanna University in the squad's only match of the week with four goals and four assists to go with six ground balls. He scored on four of seven shots on goal and had a hand in eight of the ten goals in the contest. Coffaro also added a caused turnover.
"Nick had an incredible game on Friday," stated Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Dave Carty. "He's been our offensive leader all year, and he's stepped up to lead the team in tough spots. He's a scorer who's also developed into a feeder this year."
The Greyhounds are slated to return to action on Wednesday, April 8 in a Landmark Conference contest versus The University of Scranton beginning at 4:00 p.m. on John Makuvek Field.
