Ratcliff Selected to Landmark Men’s Basketball All-Conference First Team
TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University senior forward Marquis Ratcliff has been selected to the 2026 Landmark Men’s Basketball All-Conference First Team for his performance this winter.
TOWSON, Md. --- Moravian University senior forward Marquis Ratcliff has been selected to the 2026 Landmark Men’s Basketball All-Conference First Team for his performance this winter.
Ratcliff led the Greyhounds this season with averages of 22.4 points and 8.7 rebounds per game, and he also contributed a school record 64 blocked shots, 61 assists, 22 steals and 43 three-pointers. Ratcliff finished his career as Moravian’s all-time leader in points with 1,945 points and blocked shots with 222, and he is second all-time with 861 rebounds in 98 career contests. Ratcliff also registered 144 assists, 89 steals and 105 three-pointers for the Greyhounds, and he also set the program record for field goals made with 713 and finished second all-time in points per game at 19.8.
Ratcliff is a four-time Landmark All-Conference honoree, making the First Team in 2026, 2025 and 2024, and he was on the 2023 All-Conference Second Team as well as being honored as the Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year. Last winter, Ratcliff was named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 5 Second Team, and he was honored on the Lehigh Valley Small College Basketball Organization 2024-25 Team of the Year and selected as the LVSCBO Pete Nevins Player of the Year.
“Marquis being named First Team All-Conference again is a tremendous accomplishment and a true testament to his consistency and excellence,” commented Head Coach Michael Mayes. “To earn First Team honors three straight years, especially in his senior season, speaks to the standard he’s set for himself and for our program. His commitment to getting better every single year has helped him grow into a complete player and leader. We’re incredibly proud of what he’s accomplished at Moravian University and the legacy he’s leaving here.”
Moravian finished the season with a 15-10 overall record, and the squad was 9-9 in Landmark Conference action, missing the Landmark Conference Tournament on a tiebreaker.
