Moravian Ties for 22nd at AARTFC Outdoor Championships to Close Out Season
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s outdoor track & field squad finished in a tie for 22nd of 51 schools recording points as the Greyhounds had 16 points after the second day of action in the two-day 2026 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Outdoor Championships hosted by Ursinus College Thursday.

Moravian Finishers
- Sophomore Emma Shafnisky finished sixth in the finals of the 100-meter hurdles in 23.60 seconds to earn three points
- Sophomore Kennedy Simons took 12th in the triple jump with a mark of 11.26 meters (36-11.5) while senior Ali Haefele was 21st at 10.76 meters (35-3.75)
- The Hounds' 4x800-meter relay squad of senior Tara Smurla, junior Kierstyn Klingner and freshmen Ligia Parada Garcia and Kate Vickers placed 12th in 10:06.32
- Haefele finished 15th in the high jump at a height of 1.55 meters (5-1)
- Senior Margie Rayne took 17th in the discus with a mark of 37.69 meters (123-8)
- Rayne was 19th in the shot put with a toss of 11.56 meters (37-11.25)
