Moravian Sweeps Bryn Mawr in Non-Conference Action
BRYN MAWR, Pa. --- The Moravian University women’s volleyball team swept host Bryn Mawr College, 3-0, in non-conference action Wednesday evening.

How It Happened
- The Greyhounds raced out to an 11-1 lead in the opening set before taking the game 25-10 for a 1-0 edge
- The second set had the score tied at 2-2 early when the Blue & Grey recorded eight of the next ten points for a 10-4 advantage. Moravian went on to post a 25-16 set win for a 2-0 advantage
- The Hounds had an 11-2 edge in the third set and earned another 25-16 set victory to complete the sweep
Inside the Numbers
- Sophomore middle blocker Kate McBrierty led the Greyhounds with nine kills to go with two blocks while junior outside hitter Kelly Tempalsky recorded eight kills and four digs
- Senior outside hitter Caroline Melillo posted three kills while senior setter Ally Plitnick contributed 16 assists, seven digs, three kills and a pair of service aces
- Junior middle blocker Payton Reuber and freshman middle blocker Morgan Holland both had two kills
- Junior outside hitter Gabbie Reigner registered six digs to go with a service ace to reach 100 aces for her career
- Junior libero Sam Love led the Blue & Grey with 16 digs to go with six assists and three service aces while sophomore opposite hitter Ella Kilko added three digs and a kill and junior defensive specialist Morgan Hughes had three digs
