How It Happened
- The took a 1-0 lead with just under two minutes remaining in the opening period as senior forward Gia Ambrosino netted an unassisted goal
- The Greyhounds held the 1-0 advantage through the second period and into the intermission
- Moravian extended the lead to 2-0 in the 33rd minute as senior midfielder Megan Felmly tipped in a pass from graduate student midfielder Jordan Sponzo on a penalty corner
- The Eagles got onto the scoreboard with just ten seconds remaining in the third quarter to cut the Hounds' edge to 2-1
- The Blue & Grey added an insurance goal with roughly four minutes remaining as junior midfielder Maddie Snyder scored off a pass from Sponzo on another penalty corner
Inside the Numbers
- Ambrosino netted her team-leading 11th goal of the season to give her 32 career goals as she moved into a tie for fourth in program history
- Felmly tallied her first goal of 2025 and of her career while Snyder registered her second goal of the year and of her career
- Sponzo posted the first two assists of her Moravian career in the match
- Junior goalie Maia Machado did not register a save in the contest
- The Blue & Grey held a 19-2 advantage in shots and a 13-3 edge in penalty corners
