Greyhounds Break 4x400 School Mark on Opening Day of AARTFC Indoor Championships
NEW YORK, N.Y. --- The Moravian University men’s indoor track & field team set one school record on the first day of action at the 2026 All-Atlantic Region Track & Field Conference Indoor Championships at the New York City Armory Friday.

Moravian Results
- Moravian's 4,000-meter distance medley relay team of junior Jordan Gagner, sophomore Charles Champagne and freshmen Eric Boyce and Gavin Casey placed tenth with a time of 10:26.77, the fifth fastest in school history
- The Greyhounds 4x400-meter relay team of graduate student Kyle Weiss, sophomores Delferson Contreras and Owen Smith and freshman Ramses Valera placed 12th in a school record time of 3:21.33, breaking the mark set in 1990
- Senior Bryan Kerchner finished 15th in 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:17.40
- Junior Anthony Morillo took 19th in the shot put with a toss of 14.08 meters (46-2.5) while freshman Parker Hamilton was 28th at 13.57 meters (44-6.25)
- Senior Jacob Fenstermaker finished 32nd in the preliminaries of the 60-meter dash in a time of 7.11 seconds
