Fenstermaker Named as Moravian Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior Jacob Fenstermaker from the Moravian University men’s outdoor track & field team has been honored as the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
BETHLEHEM, Pa. --- Senior Jacob Fenstermaker from the Moravian University men's outdoor track & field team has been honored as the Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week for his performance last week.
Fenstermaker scored 28 points to help the Greyhounds claim the 2026 Landmark Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship. Fenstermaker won the 100-meter dash final in a personal best and AARTFC qualifying time of 10.67 seconds to earn ten points, and he took second in the 200-meter dash with a PR and AARTFC qualifying time of 21.93 seconds to record eight points. Fenstermaker took second in the long jump at 6.46 meters (21-2.5) for eight points, and he ran a leg of the 4x100-meter relay that finished second in an AARTFC qualifying time of 42.24 seconds to record eight points, with two points going towards Fenstermaker's total for the meet.
The Greyhounds are slated to return action on Monday, May 11 at the Widener University Final Qualifier.
The Sodexo Student-Athlete of the Week is selected on Mondays by Moravian's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Sodexo will be giving each week's winner a free Starbucks drink at DeLight's Café.
