Moravian Hits Five Regional Qualifiers on Senior Day at Coach Pollard Invitational

Moravian Seniors
- Prior to the start of the meet, the Greyhounds honored seniors Joe Allegro, Jacob Fenstermaker, Jackson Gaffney, Bryan Kerchner, Rei Kikuchi, Liam Maguire and Jackson Royds
Moravian Top 10 Results
- The Hounds' 4x400-meter relay team of graduate student Kyle Weiss, sophomores Delferson Contreras and Owen Smith and freshman Ramses Valera was the runner-up in an AARTFC qualifying time of 3:20.02
- Junior Anthony Morillo took second in the discus with a school record and AARTFC qualifying distance of 48.43 meters (158-10) while sophomore Julius Reyes was sixth at an AARTFC qualifying distance of 44.87 meters (147-2)
- Junior Mael Tshiyonga placed fourth in the finals of the 110-meter high hurdles in a time of 15.68 seconds after running 15.65 seconds in the prelims
- Junior Nate Moore took fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a time of 10:04.03 while junior Adam Plummer placed tenth in 10:28.47
- Freshman Justin Nunes finished fifth in the long jump at 14.16 meters (46-5.25)
- Sophomore Marcus Morales placed seventh in the javelin with an AARTFC qualifying distance of 53.02 meters (173-11)
- Senior Bryan Kerchner finished seventh in the 800-meter run in a time of 1:57.16 while senior Joe Allegro took eighth at 1:57.72 and junior Jordan Garner was tenth at 1:58.04
- Freshman Jayden Walls placed eighth in the long jump at 6.59 meters (21-7.25)
- Senior Jacob Fenstermaker was ninth in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash in 10.86 seconds
- Graduate student Kyle Weiss placed tenth in the 400-meter dash in a time of 49.51 seconds
- Senior Liam Maguire finished tenth in the 110-meter high hurdle preliminaries in 16.01 seconds
- Moravian's 4x100-meter relay squad of Fenstermaker, Weiss, Contreras and Smith placed fifth in an AARTFC qualifying time of 42.17 seconds
