How It Happened
- The Blue Jays jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning
- The Greyhounds scored three times in the top of the second to cut the score to 5-3. Sophomore center fielder Luke Keitsock and junior right fielder Matt Westcott both drew walks, and the duo scored on a two-RBI single by junior designated hitter David Rodriguez. - Elizabethtown scored twice in the bottom of the second and five times in the third frame to stretch the edge to 12-3
- The Blue Jays added four runs in the fourth, three in the fifth and ten in the sixth inning
Inside the Numbers
- Moravian had one hit in the contest with Rodriguez hitting a two-RBI single to go along with scoring once
- Keitsock and Westcott both scored once
- Junior Nate McBride started on the mound, and he pitched two innings while freshman Mike Horvath tossed an inning. Freshman Sean Heissler faced six batters while junior Ryan Grill pitched 1.1 innings.
